Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane / SDA or GLS with tracking.

Shipping costs (VAT included) include handling and packaging costs and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight and size of the shipment. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

There are areas in which the pricing of transport costs is subject to different criteria (e.g. Elba Island, Aeolian Islands, Egadi Islands, etc.). We therefore reserve, if the case should arise, the right to change the shipping amount.

Large spare parts (XL), present in the store, can only be purchased by contacting us to calculate the shipping cost.

For shipments outside Italy, contact us before ordering to check the cost.

It is important to communicate a telephone number to be contacted by us or by the courier during delivery.

When collecting the package, check its conditions. In case of damage, report it to the courier and add the words "I accept with reserve" and the reason on the consignment note, requiring the signature of the carrier.

If you have the possibility to collect the goods at the office you will not pay shipping costs. To collect the goods it is necessary to show up with the printout of the advertisement.
